• General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Perform all the duties of customer service representatives and delivery drivers.
• Manage 3–15 employees during the shift.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from our customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team of 3–15 staff during shifts; positive attitude and great motivation.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Reliable, insured vehicle and safe, responsible driving.
• Be a great role model and leader—punctual and positive in interactions with customers and co‑workers.
• At least 18 years old.
