The Springs of Minecreek is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our professional rehab team. As a PTA, you’ll play a vital role in helping residents regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve greater independence—making a real difference every day.

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans that promote functional improvement

• Monitor resident progress and provide feedback to the therapy team

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes

• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, safety, and mobility strategies

• Active Arkansas PTA license

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Passion for helping others improve their strength, balance, and independence

• Full-time schedule with consistent hours and opportunity for growth
