As part of the TNC Team, you will make a difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in TNC Community’s beautiful homes, with 12 locations in Independence, Kansas City, North Kansas City, Lee’s Summit, and Raytown.

Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Agree to comply with TNC Community's drug-free workplace policy, which includes prohibition of recreational marijuana use, as a condition of employment.
- Ability to clear background check
- Must have a VALID driver’s license
- Ability to lift 75 pounds (weight may vary)
Starting at $17.02-$20 per hour based on certifications (L1MA, CNA, Class E driver’s license) and experience
