La-Z-Boy in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking a Furniture Builder to hand-build quality upholstered furniture in a fast-paced production cell.
You will work across upholstery, frame, cushion, final assembly and packaging, using staple guns, frame guns and air tools. The role requires standing up to 10 hours, lifting 50 lbs, and a commitment to meeting daily production goals. Overtime Fridays is required.
