La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a hands-on Upholstery Production Worker to join our 6:00 AM–4:30 PM shift with mandatory overtime on Fridays. The role involves standing for long periods, using staple guns and power tools, and building quality upholstered furniture in a fast-paced cell.
Responsibilities span upholstery, framing, cushions, final assembly, and packaging, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and meeting daily production goals. Physical endurance and proper tool handling are essential.
