HEALTHY COMMUNITIES. COMPASSIONATE CARE. Ozarks Community Hospital has an immediate opening for a full-time Nurse Practitioner within a Long-Term Care Facility in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care to residents for a long-term care facility. This role emphasizes health maintenance, chronic disease management, patient and family education, and end-of-life care. The Nurse Practitioner will work under the direct supervision of a physician, following established clinical protocols and within the scope of practice. You will be an integral member of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure the highest standards of compassionate care and ethical practice, while supporting the mission, vision, and values of Ozarks Community Hospital.

- Current Arkansas Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner Licensure
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program

- Current BLS certification upon hire or obtained at next available class
