House Supervisor RN - Freeman Siloam Springs Hospital

Schedule

Full-time, 36 hours per week – Night shift.

• Provides critical leadership during assigned shifts to oversee hospital operations and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
• Acts as the administrative point of contact during non-business hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Coordinates patient flow.
• Manages staffing.
• Addresses emergencies.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Serves as a resource for clinical and non-clinical staff.

• Associate Degree or higher preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience in the profession required.
• 1–2 years of previous leadership experience preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license for the practicing state required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
