Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Cashier
SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Recreation Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible for cash receipting procedures for daily admissions, seasonal membership sales and swim lesson enrollments. This position logs group visitations and processes pavilion reservations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education equivalent (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondences. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, employees and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to rate, ration and percent, draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
