Processing Lead – Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique

Reports to:

Store Manager. Position is part-time, 20‑28 hours per week, including special events and up to three Saturdays per month. Pay hourly: $16–$19.

Location:

Siloam Springs.

Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique is an upscale shopping environment at a thrift price point, serving women of all backgrounds with dignity and hope.

• Serve as a keyholder to the building, responsible for opening and closing the processing room.
• Lead the processing of donations: sorting, steaming, pricing, tagging, curating weekly collections for the store and events, and preparing items for the sales floor.
• Uphold the Pricing Guideline to support store goals.
• Welcome and assist donors at the back door.
• Lead and direct volunteers in the processing room, ensuring they feel valued and equipped for their tasks.
• Maintain processing room cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and operational policies.
• Maintain a supply list and coordinate with management when supplies are needed.
• Demonstrate high spiritual and emotional intelligence by responding quickly and sensitively in different situations, praying and ministering to team, customers and volunteers.
• Occasionally assist on the sales floor as needed, always maintaining a spirit of teamwork and support.

• At least 1‑2 years of retail experience.
• Knowledge of clothing brands and pricing.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in cash handling and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including volunteers and donors.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

• Dependable transportation to and from shifts.
• Reliable access to communication platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 16+ years of age.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
