We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with extensive experience in Python development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, system architecture, and working with AI-driven applications. • Develop, optimize, and maintain Python-based applications and backend services.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions for data processing and system integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and frontend developers.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance and scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest Python frameworks, libraries, and industry trends.
• Work with AI/ML models, integrate AI-driven features, and optimize AI-related workflows.

• Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL & No
  
  SQL) such as Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, or Mongo
  
  DB.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

• Experience in AI/ML development or working with AI frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or OpenAI API.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools.

Not much. If you can fulfill the aforementioned skill requirements, we don’t care about the academic backgrounds. Your skills matter. Certificates and CGPA are secondary.

But if you have a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in CS / CSC / CSE / Software Engineering, it’s a plus of course.
