Starting Date: Immediately

Job Description
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree with certification in Agricultural Science
  • Experience: Knowledge of Horticulture and Plant Science
  • Knowledge of Floral Design
  • Knowledge of Animal Science and Forestry
  • Knowledge of Agricultural Science and Technology
Illustrative Duties
  • Provides general instruction to students in their daily activities by developing and implementing lesson plans that meet the requirements of the district’s curriculum program.
  • Oversee FFA Chapter
  • Work with other members of the staff to determine instructional goals, objectives, and methods.
  • Conduct ongoing assessment of student achievement through formal and informal testing.
  • Assume responsibility of related extracurricular activities as assigned.
  • Be a positive role model for students, and support mission of campus and district.
  • Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents, administration, and other staff members.
  • 215 Day Contract.
