Silsbee, Texas (In-Office) - Full-Time

Stark Elevators (Elevators of Beaumont) installs, modernizes, services, and maintains elevators across the region. We run a structured, process-driven operation, and we're growing - which means we need a sales professional who knows how to keep a pipeline organized and moving.

The Role

We're hiring a Business Development Representative to drive the top of our sales funnel. You'll own outbound prospecting - email campaigns and cold calls - qualify and organize incoming leads, and hand off warm, well documented opportunities to our sales team. This is a high-activity, systems-oriented role for someone who thrives on consistency, follow-through, and clean data.

What You'll Do
  • Run outbound email outreach and cold-call prospects to generate new opportunities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, then organize and route them to the right people on the team
  • Get qualified opportunities in front of our sales reps and keep handoffs clean and well-documented
  • Provide day-to-day sales support to keep the pipeline moving
  • Track outreach activity and report on results
What We're Looking For
  • Strong outbound communication skills - comfortable and effective on the phone and over email
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
  • Experience working inside established systems and processes; you're used to following defined workflows and keeping data clean
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a metrics-driven sales environment
Preferred Experience
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools such as Apollo and Mailchimp, or similar sales-efficiency/ outreach software
  • Background in working for:
    • larger, more structured, or private-equity-backed companies.
    • Home services organizations
    • customer service representative (CSR) or inside sales support roles
  • Track record of working with defined sales processes and reporting at scale
