Regional Leadership Team Member
Serves as a key member of the Regional Leadership Team formulating plans, policies, and objectives for the region.
Addresses major issues such as manpower, budget, priorities of work, land allocation, and internal and external problems and concerns.
Serves as a representative of the agency completing duties in a way that is trustworthy, caring, respectful, responsive, curious, and inclusive.
Exercises the full range of managerial responsibilities over the forest and human resource programs on the Forest.
Determines which programs on the Forest should be initiated, dropped, or curtailed, and when such action should occur.
Determines organizations on the Forest and delegates authorities.
Determines most economical means of meeting the Forest's objectives within fiscal and legal constraints and takes action to ensure these means are followed.
Performs supervisory duties 25% or more of the time.
