- Assist physical therapists in patient evaluations and treatment sessions.
- Implement prescribed therapeutic exercises and modalities under supervision.
- Adhere to regulatory and safety guidelines; ensure patient confidentiality.
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in the charting system.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
- Communicate patient status and treatment updates to the care team daily.
- Support performance-driven environment by meeting productivity and outcome targets.
- Assist with clinical measurements and data collection for quality metrics.
- Support the therapist in planning and coordinating patient schedules and pipelines.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by identifying learning opportunities and pursuing skill development.
- Maintain equipment, room cleanliness, and infection control standards.
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in good standing with the state board.
- Proven ability to assist in evaluations and implement PT plans under supervision.
- Proficient documentation of patient progress in electronic charting systems.
- Strong adherence to safety, confidentiality, and infection control policies.
- Experience delivering home exercise programs and caregiver education.
- Ability to meet productivity targets and support pipeline-driven scheduling.
- Effective communication with care team and daily status updates.
- Competence in clinical measurements and collecting data for quality metrics.
- Demonstrated growth mindset with ongoing professional development.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain equipment, rooms, and inventory.
