CNA - LTC​/SNF

$575.28/week -

Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Support healthcare teams by assisting with daily activities and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control protocols, including PPE use and hand hygiene.
• Support medication administration and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Adhere to facility policies and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to work rotating schedules and float areas as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in patient care.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
