• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans and facility policy
• Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and document accurately
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility as needed
• Collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
• Maintain infection prevention, safety, and quality standards consistent with regulatory requirements

• Active LPN license to practice in New Mexico
• Ability to work a rotating schedule and 3x12-hour shifts
• Willingness to participate in a 14-week travel assignment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfort working in a long-term care setting and delivering person-centered care
