* General working knowledge and understanding of:
Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB);
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
New Mexico Higher Education Department (NMHED) reporting; NM State audit rules and laws; federal regulations; and established internal controls.
* Knowledge and ability to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regarding all student records.
