Toole Design is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to join our Finance team in Maryland. You will support the financial health of multiple roadway and transportation projects from setup through closeout, preparing invoices, monitoring budgets, and forecasting overruns.
You will work in a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days, maintain project accounts in our ERP, reconcile receipts, assist with billing issues, and collaborate with project managers, clients, and subconsultants.
