As an Accounting Manager / Controller at Seaside, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and Contoller operations
• Ensure AR, AP, payroll, cash management, and related processes are completed accurately and on time
• Prepare and present financial reports in a clear, easy-to-understand format
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial statements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Coordinate with outside tax and accounting professionals
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements
• Help improve processes, systems, and controls as the company grows
• Serve as a trusted financial resource to leadership

• Financial information is accurate and timely

• 2–3 years of Quick Books Desktop experience
• 2–3 years of management experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (testing required)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Employment credit checks may be conducted only for designated positions in which credit information is substantially job-related, including positions involving significant fiduciary authority, control of company funds, or access to sensitive financial information.

• This is an in-person position operating out of Bishopville, Maryland
