As the Administrative Assistant/Office Manager, you will provide blended support to the C‑suite, the boutique office team, and both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational contacts, vendor relationships, client engagement, and IT or property management inquiries. Maintain and organize both electronic and paper files.
  • Welcome visitors and guests with warmth and professionalism, facilitating receptionist duties as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc support across the organization, including special projects, drafting and editing documents and presentations, and assisting with expense reporting.
  • Support the C‑suite with calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and communications.
  • Assist with planning and execution of internal events, team lunches, meetings, and off‑site gatherings.
  • Confidently liaise with external vendors and stakeholders, demonstrating polished business etiquette.

  • Administrative profile. You have a minimum of one year of administrative office support, preferably with experience supporting leadership figures.
