Job Title: Grants Management Specialist (ASD) / Administrative Services Division
Location: Silver Spring, MD
Clearance Required: Public Trust Eligible
Salary Range: $80K-90K / Based on Experience

Responsibilities- Process research proposals, continuations, no‑cost extensions, and renewals.
- Prepare and maintain official grant proposal files, grant award jackets, and comprehensive tracking databases for all grant actions.
- Advise program managers and sponsored program offices on proper proposal submission formats.
- Coordinate scientific review panels, including transcription of panel comments, setting up remote meeting spaces, handling non‑disclosure agreements, and providing onsite panel support.
- Required: BS/BA in relevant fields.
- Proven experience (> 5 years) in grants management, including workflows, tools, and tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project), Google Workspace (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- A highly motivated, energetic, and professional demeanor, with the ability to interface with senior, influential, international officials.
- Strong foundation in ethical behavior, sound business judgment, and thorough research capabilities.
