A Day in the Life at M2

M2 Strategy is seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive Assistant to join our firm and support our government clients, commercial clients, and leadership. Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and proven abilities in:

  • Provide comprehensive and efficient executive, administrative, and logistical support to high‑level executives
  • Ensure smooth, compliant, and well‑documented functioning of the office and all administrative operations
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and support daily operations to ensure efficient office and leadership support
  • Prepare, review, and process travel authorizations, vouchers, and related documentation in accordance with Federal travel regulations and agency procedures
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other executive‑level documents
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries, coordinating communications, and facilitating collaboration across offices
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, meeting materials, and conference room preparation
  • Maintain organized electronic and hard‑copy records, manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments, and ensure proper handling of sensitive and confidential information
  • Support office operations through inventory management, procurement coordination, facilities support, supply management, asset tracking, and administrative reporting
  • Develop and maintain administrative procedures, track operational activities, and provide general administrative support and special project assistance to executive leadership
Basic Qualifications and Requirements:
  • B.A. or B.S. degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Google Suite)
