• One Weekend Shift/Month
• Prior healthcare/clerical experience required

• Maintain medical records in accordance with federal and state guidelines
• Assist with appointment scheduling.
• Greetpatient’s family/ visitors/ staff with friendly attitude and helping hand.
• Answer phones/ schedule appointments.
• Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential.
• Assist with facilitating admission/discharge planning as needed
• All other responsibilities as assigned.

• High degree or GED.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Be able to effectively communicate with others.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• Previous long-term care experience desired.
