* Position Overview:

** We are seeking an experienced
** Assistant Service Manager
** to support our Service Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Audi service department. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and has a proven track record of leading a high-performing team.
** Responsibilities:
*** Assist in managing daily service operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Support and coach service advisors and technicians to achieve department goals
* Monitor workflow, productivity, and service quality
* Ensure compliance with Audi service standards and Mile One policies
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and concerns
* Assist in parts and inventory management as needed

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a service management or assistant manager role at a dealership required
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of dealership operations, service processes, and warranty procedures
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
