• Modern Facility Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring is growing and looking for experienced technicians (2+ years) who want to build a long-term career with a luxury brand.
Whether you’re coming from an independent shop or already have dealership experience, we offer the training, support, and advancement opportunities to help you grow into a senior or Master-level role.
Compensation & Incentives Flat Rate Pay Range: $30.00 – $33.00 per flat rate hour
Pay is determined by experience, certifications, and Mercedes-Benz training, with clear paths for advancement.

Technician Responsibilities Perform maintenance services and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
Conduct inspections and basic diagnostics as assigned
Follow dealership and factory repair procedures
Accurately document work performed on repair orders
Road test vehicles as required to verify repairs
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Participate in Mercedes-Benz and ASE training programs
Work collaboratively with advisors, parts, and shop leadership
