Job Overview

Automotive Repair Technician at AAA Club Alliance – diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring customers can hit the road with confidence.

Locations:
Abingdon, MD – 3309 Emmorton Road, MD 21009;
Timonium, MD – 2223 York Road, MD 21093;
White Marsh, MD – 5375 Campbell Blvd, MD;
Nottingham, MD – 21236.

Flat rate hourly compensation plus productivity incentive bonus. Base rates vary by technician level:

• A Technicians: $27.61–$38.75 per hour, 30‑hour billable week guarantee
• B Technicians: $24.64–$34.60 per hour, 20‑hour billable week guarantee
• C Technicians: $21.55–$33.50 per hour, 20‑hour billable week guarantee

Productivity Incentive Bonus: up to $1,100 per month. Full‑time schedule typically Monday, Friday, and Saturday, with Sundays off and one additional day off per week.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills and continue to develop additional technical skills.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment, following safety procedures.
• Accurately perform repairs and maintenance on all vehicles per manufacturer procedures or accepted industry practices.

• Experience as a qualified Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic equipment.
• ASE certification or automotive diagnostics/repairs certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire – paid by AAA).
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the USA.
• Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and fitness‑for‑duty assessment.
