Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant, Healthcare and Life Sciences at Fractal Analytics, you will partner with inter‑disciplinary teams and Fortune 100 clients to drive AI consulting, delivery, and solutioning. Your primary responsibility is to deliver excellent client experience, transform delivery methods with Gen AI, build domain capabilities, commercialize cross‑client solution towers, and drive proposals and thought leadership in the context of the clients.

Responsibilities
  • Drive multiple projects as a billable consultant for Fortune 100 companies.
  • Deliver programs with Agentic AI transformation across Clinical, R&D, and RWD AI—including Decentralized Clinical Trial, Digital Health, and Line of Therapy—leveraging Gen AI, AI, MLOps, LLM ops, and Cloud engineering from India.
  • Translate Clinical, R&D, and RWD business questions into clear, actionable analytics use cases.
  • Act as the liaison between data science teams and Clinical, R&D, and RWD leaders to ensure insights are relevant.
  • Turn complex data and model outputs into simple stories, dashboards, and recommendations for executives.
  • Embed analytics into day‑to‑day workflows through CRM and DCT platforms.
  • Ensure high‑quality pharma data drives patient retention, access, and trial site performance.
  • Achieve client satisfaction (NPS 72+) through delivery excellence and high‑quality project outcomes.
  • Drive Gen AI tools usage to transform delivery methods, targeting 30%+ efficiency gains.
  • Demonstrate strong logical reasoning, analysis structuring, and questioning skills to analyze data, problems, and situations.
  • Lead daily client and account calls, representing the Pharma team and contributing to strategic discussions.
  • Develop proposals and lead client presentations using the latest technologies, actively supporting business development efforts.
  • Align AI initiatives with broader organizational goals and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex ecosystems across clients, managing people dynamics at senior levels and resolving escalations.
  • Cultivate global client relationships using effective systems, processes, and team structures.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to foster professional development across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Build in‑depth knowledge of client business priorities, translate them into actionable opportunities, and develop account plans aligned with organizational and client strategies to drive QBRs and MBRs.
  • Maintain curiosity to upskill and stay agile amidst the changing technology environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years proven track record of leading Pharma projects in Fortune 100 companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in ML/AI/Advanced Analytics/Gen AI development and deployment across any industry.
  • Cloud engineering knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial acumen, storytelling abilities, and the capacity to map client challenges to Fractal’s capabilities and link them to business outcomes while engaging VPs and Senior Directors.
  • Strong people‑leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward common goals.
  • Ability to think on your feet, tolerate ambiguity, and excel in a cross‑functional environment.
  • Travel to client offices approximately 3 days per week.
  • Demonstrated experience in complex program management, delivery oversight, and resource management.
  • Strategic mindset with the capacity to drive business growth and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Experience with proposal development and client presentations is highly desirable.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Pay

The current base range for this role is up to $160,000, adjusted for skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and other business and organizational factors. Compensation decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.

Full‑time employees are eligible to participate in health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans from day one. Eligible employees may join the 401(k) plan after 30 days of employment.
