Job Overview
Join Kaizen Approach as a Program Integrator (PI) responsible for assisting program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership in monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs and initiatives. You will perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns, conduct cross‑program analysis to support Investment Portfolio actions, and draft acquisition documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Program Management Plans (PMPs).
Additionally, you will prepare presentations to report analysis findings and program or portfolio status while collaborating with various stakeholders to support project needs.
- Provide acquisition support by analyzing financial execution and projection reports from vendors, liaising with Government Contract Managers to address contract performance concerns, and developing program‑specific analysis for Government Program Managers.
- Deliver financial and summary reports on program elements to GPMs, assist with resource allocation and tracking, and recommend funding adjustments for contract staffing, facilities, and budgets.
- Assist program managers in developing documentation, including TTOs, SOWs, PMPs, and Risk Management Plans, track program status, and manage integrated product teams.
- Support GPMs in executing within cost, schedule, and performance baselines, utilizing tools such as Plan‑It and MS Excel for planning and reporting program details.
- Attend contract reviews to assist GPMs in cost estimating and monitoring program outcomes.
- Advise on the production and tailoring of NSA financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation to meet mission needs.
- Analyze, track, and report unfunded program requirements in accordance with PEO policies and prepare materials to support program decision‑making.
- Eight (8) years of combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, or financial management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field.
- Alternatively, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II certification, plus three (3) additional years of experience, may substitute for a total of eleven (11) years; or with certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience can be substituted for a total of thirteen (13) years.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts; familiarity with Plan‑It is preferred.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
