DescriptionThe Enrollment Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of new referrals and enrollment processes. The role includes leading enrollment teams, generating leads, cultivating relationships with case managers and other referral sources, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience, and managing enrollment operations from initiation to processing.
- Lead the enrollment team within a state or region to ensure high‑quality service for self‑directing participants and referring entities.
- Generate leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees.
- Cultivate relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, and other referring individuals and agencies to build a base of referrals.
- Drive enrollments to achieve company growth goals within existing contracts through presentations and meetings with stakeholders.
- Provide accurate communication to referrers and enrolled participants regarding enrollment status.
- Support the Directors of Business Development in new market opportunities.
- Troubleshoot issues and field questions from staff and external customers to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Ensure enrollment team members are trained on GT Caregiver App and other GT tools.
- Manage daily direction and communication to employees for timely, efficient calls.
- Continuously evaluate processes and propose improvements for operational efficiency and service quality.
- Manage employees, ensuring effective and efficient work execution.
- Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to direct reports.
- Ensure employees receive appropriate training and resources.
- Create and maintain a high‑quality work environment.
- Assist the Director with staffing, training, scheduling, and recognition programs.
- Manage special or ongoing projects important to area/process improvement.
- Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns.
- Assist with documentation and training for Docu Sign program and GT Enroll.
- Assist in developing and preparing operational plans and reports on project status.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Extensive experience working on complex projects with critical thinking and problem‑solving.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to balance work pressure with time‑management skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships and communicate with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Experience initiating and maintaining a highly effective team.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft programs and the Internet.
- Competent use of Excel.
- Work is performed in a typical office setting.
