Description

Provide acquisition program management and analysis support services for the planning and execution of CPE IEW&S programs at different acquisition category levels and in all phases of a program life cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Provide data management and analysis for studies and maintain assigned projects.
  • Use data sources to identify programmatic needs.
  • Participate in strategic planning concerning program development.
  • Perform program assessments to ensure programmatic goals are well documented.
  • Perform data validation and quality control checks to ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Perform risk analyses to identify and resolve critical path issues.
  • Coordinate and organize staff materials for briefings and presentations at the CPE level.
  • Support program managers through analytical support, acquisition knowledge for unclassified programs including assisting with the creation, revisions, and routing of programmatic documents.
  • Work in a cross‑functional team that delivers high‑quality outputs on time.
  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret program data or documentation.
  • Prepare summaries from meetings for CPE‑wide distribution.
  • Maintain responsibility for supporting a wide range of administrative tasks, such as gathering responses from information requests, quality control/configuration control of documents, formatting, and ensuring all aspects follow agency guidelines.
Education and Experience
  • DAWIA Level I Certification in Program Management or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Business, or Sciences.
  • Minimum of 5 years in acquisition/program management.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to create professional slides from scratch, understanding basic design elements of composition, color, and balance.
