An outstanding,
full-time opportunity is currently available for a Commercial Construction Foreman with extensive commercial plumbing and HVAC experience to join a highly stable firm in the near the Temple Hills, MD area. This is an exciting opportunity that is offering a very generous compensation package and benefits package including medical, dental, 401K plan with company matching and other outstanding perks.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities on both institutional and commercial plumbing sites
- Directly supervise plumbers, laborers and other staff
- Create equipment and material logs for various projects
- Generate and review in-house schedules
- Manage projects within Commercial Plumbing and HVAC Construction projects
- 5+ years’ field experience in a Foreman role is a MUST
- Demonstrated ability with projects in Commercial Projects –
commercial plumbing and HVAC systems a MUST - Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints
