A reputable mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead mid-to-large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects throughout the region.
The successful candidate will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a particular focus on government and healthcare facilities.

A reputable mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead mid-to-large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects throughout the region.
The successful candidate will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a particular focus on government and healthcare facilities.
- Manage mechanical construction projects from award through completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and manpower planning.
- Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate HVAC and plumbing installations with field teams.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Experience managing mechanical construction projects.
- Strong background in HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Government and/or healthcare project experience preferred.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
