What You’ll Actually Do

• Bring concepts to life: Develop original graphic design concepts that align with project vision, brand identity, and spatial environments.
• Design across mediums: Create print-ready artwork for large-format graphics, signage, vinyl, murals, and environmental installations.
• Think beyond the screen: Design with real-world execution in mind — understanding scale, materials, and how graphics translate into physical space.
• Collaborate deeply: Work closely with producers, fabricators, and designers to ensure graphics integrate seamlessly into the overall experience.
• Prepare for production: Build accurate, organized, and technically sound files for print and fabrication, ensuring everything is ready for execution without surprises.

Requirements (What You’ve Already Mastered)

• 3+ years of graphic design experience: Strong portfolio demonstrating work across print, branding, and environmental or experiential design.
• Technical expertise: Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and print production workflows.
• Spatial awareness: You understand scale, proportion, and how graphics live within physical environments.
• Production knowledge: Familiar with large-format printing, materials, and file preparation best practices.
• A-Player mindset: Proactive, solutions-oriented, and deeply invested in the quality of the final product.

• Salary: $50,000 – $70,000/year, depending on experience
• Bonus: Performance-based bonuses
