Leasing Consultant What You Will Do

• Be the face of the community – welcome and tour prospective residents, highlighting features and amenities.
• Close the deal – convert prospects into residents by securing lease agreements and processing applications.
• Engage with residents – create programs to keep residents happy and build community.
• Support community operations – provide excellent customer service, respond to requests and complaints, maintain the office and community areas professionally.
• Stay compliant – follow Fair Housing, state, and federal laws while maintaining professionalism.
• Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment – follow safety protocols and report hazards to management.

• Natural communicator – enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
• Sales & closing skills – highlight value of community and help prospects see their future home.
• Comfortable with technology & organized – use office equipment, data‑entry systems, and online applications.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales (preferred)
• Ability to work in an office and occasionally outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexible work schedule, ability to work weekends

• Tuition reimbursement – up to $5,000 per year of pre‑approved tuition expenses; repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates within 24 months.
