Leasing Consultant What You Will Do
- Be the face of the community – welcome and tour prospective residents, highlighting features and amenities.
- Close the deal – convert prospects into residents by securing lease agreements and processing applications.
- Engage with residents – create programs to keep residents happy and build community.
- Support community operations – provide excellent customer service, respond to requests and complaints, maintain the office and community areas professionally.
- Stay compliant – follow Fair Housing, state, and federal laws while maintaining professionalism.
- Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment – follow safety protocols and report hazards to management.
- Natural communicator – enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
- Sales & closing skills – highlight value of community and help prospects see their future home.
- Comfortable with technology & organized – use office equipment, data‑entry systems, and online applications.
- Proactive mindset – adapt to change, stay ahead, and look for ways to improve resident experience.
- Dedicated to a friendly and supportive workplace – collaborate, assist management, contribute to a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales (preferred)
- Ability to work in an office and occasionally outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexible work schedule, ability to work weekends

- 11 paid holidays per year.
- Parental leave – after 6 months employment, eligible for 4 weeks per birth/ adoption/ placement; after 2 years employment, eligible for 12 weeks as primary caregiver.
- Tuition reimbursement – up to $5,000 per year of pre‑approved tuition expenses; repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates within 24 months.
