Job Summary
Service Center Silver Spring – Customer Service Representative. Perform all-purpose duties including greeting customers, providing customer service, monitoring work volume, recommending load level requests, coordinating rental car/tow services, and maintaining knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
CompensationHourly pay up to $18.00, $15.00 base; competitive and paid weekly. Eligible for overtime.
