Front Desk Coordinator – Anchor Construction (DMV & Eastern Shore Regions)
Serve as the first point of contact for Anchor Construction, ensuring a professional and organized front office. This role supports the hiring manager and other front desk staff in daily operations and provides a positive experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls in a professional manner.
- Take and relay messages accurately and timely.
- Provide information to callers and greet persons entering the organization.
- Direct persons to the correct department or staff member.
- Perform additional front‑office duties as assigned by management.

- Front Desk Associate (full‑time, $20.00 hourly) – responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing check‑ins and check‑outs.
