Job Description

• Answer questions, handle complaints, and schedule appointments for garage door service.
• Handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls.
• Create a positive experience for each caller.
• Listen to clients to understand the reason for their call.
• Address all questions or complaints and provide an accurate and efficient response.
• Build routes the the technicians to drive servicing customers with garage doors need.

• Customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient.
• Polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
• Knowledge of geography for the DMV area and the ability to read a map.
• Multitask building technicians routes and schedule.

One (1) year of Customer service or dispatching experience required.
