We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) licensed in Washington, DC, with experience in a general dentistry office. Experience assisting a dental specialist (e.g., oral surgeon, periodontist, endodontist) is a plus. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Chairside assisting during dental procedures
• Taking digital X-rays and intraoral images
• Sterilization and infection control protocols
• Assisting with iTero scans and impressions
• Preparing operatories before and after procedures
• Educating patients on post-treatment care
• Maintaining accurate patient records in Dentrix Ascend
• Supporting the front desk as needed

• Active RDA license in Washington, DC
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry
• Experience with dental specialists (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency with digital X-rays and Dentrix Ascend
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work some Saturdays

Full-time. Some Saturdays required. 8 hour shift Monday to Friday, weekends as needed.
