• Welcome patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage a busy provider schedule
• Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
• Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and coordinate follow-up care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Work closely with our clinical team to create an outstanding patient experience
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies

• 2+ years of dental front office or dental receptionist experience preferred
• Experience with insurance verification and treatment scheduling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented personality
• Passion for working with children and their families
• Pediatric dental experience is a plus but not required
