• Completion of a recognized Dental Assisting program or equivalent entry-level clinical knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety standards.
• Eagerness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• 1+ year of experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in dental software and digital X-ray technology.
• Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification.

• Chairside Assisting:
  Support dentists during a variety of clinical procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.
• Clinical Preparation:
  Prepare treatment rooms, organize sterile instruments, and set up materials required for daily procedures.
• Patient Interaction:
  Greet patients, review medical histories, and provide post-operative instructions to ensure a positive visit.
• Infection Control:
  Adhere to strict sterilization and disinfection protocols for instruments and operatories to maintain a safe environment.
• Diagnostic Imaging:
  Assist with capturing high-quality digital radiographs as directed by the clinical team.
• Administrative Support:
  Assist with patient record keeping and office organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
