Dental Front Desk Coordinator

Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front office experience

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software

Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently

Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and manage billing inquiries

Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and HIPAA compliance

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries

Coordinate with dental providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

1+ years of experience in a dental or medical front desk/administrative role preferred

Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)

Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude

Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

HIPAA knowledge and commitment to patient confidentiality
