We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent design instincts and the ability to translate client conversations into thoughtful, functional, and beautiful design solutions. You should be organized, adaptable, and excited to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects while learning from an experienced team.
** THIS POSITION IS FOR A RECENT INTERIOR DESIGN GRADUATE**

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from an accredited college or university.

  • ** Recent graduate
    ** or
    ** 0–2 years of professional interior design experience.**
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and architectural plans.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in both collaborative and independent work environments.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to remain professional in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Interior Designer
, you will support the design team through every phase of the project while gaining valuable industry experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in creating creative and functional interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
  • Meet with clients alongside the design team to understand project goals, needs, and design preferences.
  • Prepare design presentations, including floor plans, mood boards, 2D and 3D renderings, and material selections.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, contractors, and project team members.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate product orders, monitor order status, and follow through on deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate installations and project logistics.
  • Conduct site visits for field measurements, documentation, client meetings, and installation coordination.
  • Maintain organized project files, schedules, spreadsheets, and records.
  • Stay current with industry trends, products, materials, and emerging design technologies.
  • Assist with the firm's social media and marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Perform general administrative support, including answering phones and assisting with office operations.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Principal Designer and project teams regarding project progress and deadlines.
