About the Position
We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented
** Entry-Level Interior Designer** to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a
** recent graduate** with a passion for interior design who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent design instincts and the ability to translate client conversations into thoughtful, functional, and beautiful design solutions. You should be organized, adaptable, and excited to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects while learning from an experienced team.
** THIS POSITION IS FOR A RECENT INTERIOR DESIGN GRADUATE**
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from an accredited college or university.
** Recent graduate
** or
** 0–2 years of professional interior design experience.**- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and architectural plans.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in both collaborative and independent work environments.
- Positive attitude with the ability to remain professional in a fast‑paced setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
As an Entry-Level Interior Designer
, you will support the design team through every phase of the project while gaining valuable industry experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in creating creative and functional interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
- Meet with clients alongside the design team to understand project goals, needs, and design preferences.
- Prepare design presentations, including floor plans, mood boards, 2D and 3D renderings, and material selections.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, contractors, and project team members.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate product orders, monitor order status, and follow through on deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate installations and project logistics.
- Conduct site visits for field measurements, documentation, client meetings, and installation coordination.
- Maintain organized project files, schedules, spreadsheets, and records.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, materials, and emerging design technologies.
- Assist with the firm's social media and marketing initiatives as needed.
- Perform general administrative support, including answering phones and assisting with office operations.
- Maintain regular communication with the Principal Designer and project teams regarding project progress and deadlines.
- Has a passion for interior design and a desire to continue learning.
- Enjoys collaborating with clients and teammates.
- Is proactive, dependable, and highly organized.
- Can balance creativity with attention to detail.
- Takes initiative and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Represents the firm with professionalism and enthusiasm.

On‑site only (remote work is not available for this position.) - Valid driver's license required.
