Anesthesiologist

USAP-Maryland is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join their premier practice providing expert care across multiple hospitals and surgical centers in Maryland. Clinicians will practice at leading facilities such as Capital Region Medical Center, Shady Grove Medical Center, White Oak Medical Center, and Holy Cross Hospital, managing a diverse and engaging case mix. This opportunity allows providers to deliver high-quality patient care within a well-established, physician-led anesthesia organization.

Practice Info

• Premier anesthesiology practice consisting of more than 200 clinicians providing services to 6 hospitals and several ASCs
• Capital Region Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center featuring 205 private beds, dedicated cardiac and trauma ORs, and a Heart & Vascular Institute
• Shady Grove Medical Center is a 266-bed acute care facility offering high-risk OB, cardiac and vascular, oncology, orthopedic, surgical, and pediatric services
• White Oak Medical Center is a 180-bed community hospital with 8 operating rooms renowned for advanced cardiac care
• Holy Cross Hospital is a 529-bed hospital with 12 ORs supported by a team of 13 Physicians and 27 CRNAs
• Variety of cases including Back, General, OB, GU, Major Heart Center, Vascular, Ortho, ENT, spine, GI, bariatric, plastics, endo, neuro, and bread & butter cases

Compensation

• Minimum $500,000 annual estimated W-2 salary
• Signing bonus and additional earning potential available

Shift & Schedule

• 46-hr work week guarantee
• Averaging 44 hours a week over the month, including call hours
• Averaging 4 calls a month, 2 of 4 calls are in-house and 2 of 4 calls are beeper call from home
