USAP-Maryland is looking for an Anesthesiologist to join our premier practice in Maryland. Founded in 2004, our team consists of more than 200 clinicians providing expert services to 6 hospitals and several ambulatory surgery centers. We offer a dynamic practice environment with a wide variety of cases across multiple state-of-the-art facilities.

• Premier anesthesiology practice in Maryland consisting of more than 200 clinicians providing services to 6 hospitals and several ASCs
• Capital Region Medical Center in Laurel, MD is a Level II Trauma Center with strong OB, trauma, cardiac, ortho, GI, and general surgery services, featuring dedicated cardiac and trauma ORs, a Heart & Vascular Institute, Stroke Center, Women's & Infants Center, and 205 private beds
• Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville, MD is a 266-bed acute care facility offering high-risk OB, cardiac and vascular, oncology, orthopedic, surgical, and pediatric services
• White Oak Medical Center in Silver Springs, MD is an 180-bed community hospital with 8 operating rooms renowned for advanced least invasive heart care
• Holy Cross Hospital located in Silver Springs, MD is a 529 bed hospital with 12 ORs handling heavy OB, healthy peds, ortho, spine, GI, bariatric, plastics, endo, and neuro cases
• Variety of cases including Back, General, OB, GU, Major Heart Center, Vascular, Ortho, ENT, and bread & butter cases

Compensation

• Minimum $500,000 annual estimated W-2 salary
• Signing bonus and additional earning potential available

Shift & Schedule

• 46-hr work week guarantee
• Averaging 44 hours a week over the month, including call hours
• Averaging 4 calls a month, 2 of 4 calls are in-house and 2 of 4 calls are beeper call from home
