NOAA National Marine Sanctuaries Internships

National Marine Sanctuaries Internships are available to high school students age 15 and older. Students interested in ocean conservation and management who want to work near Washington, D.C. are encouraged to apply.

Interns will work on a variety of projects at the headquarters for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Marine Sanctuaries headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland. Students may work part-time or full time; internships are 6 weeks in duration.

Interns will learn much about marine life and ocean conservation during their internship experience. They will attend events, lectures, conferences and receptions that will provide them with career options to explore and networking opportunities. In addition, they will be able to explore Washington, D.C. through easy access via the metro system.

To apply, students need to send a cover letter, resume and writing sample. The internships are offered by The Office of National Marine Sanctuaries whose purpose is to protect an area of marine protected waters extending from Washington state to Florida and beyond, an area totaling 170,000 square miles.

New York Mets Summer Internship Program is available for college students who are rising Juniors, Seniors, and graduate students. The internships run from May to August every summer. Internships run 13 weeks and are full-time, paid positions. Interns make a valuable contribution to the team. Internship areas include Accounting, External Affairs and Community Outreach, Human Resources, Metropolitan Hospitality, Procurement, Project Development, Tickets Sales & Services.

Part‑time internships are offered in Corporate Partnerships, Marketing & Communications, and Media Relations.

PGA Tour Internships offer an exciting opportunity for college undergraduate and graduate students to work with professionals in the PGA Tour. Students who are sophomore or higher in college are welcome to apply. The PGA Tour Internship is a 10‑week paid internship in Florida that provides business experience to students and a chance to learn how the PGA Tour operates. Interns will work within a professional, corporate environment and learn from experienced, professional leaders.

During their internship, interns will also be able to participate in charity activities, networking events and golf outings!

CVS Health has a highly‑rated internship program for both undergraduate students as well as MBA and Master's degree students. This is an internship opportunity for college students to participate in a multi‑dimensional program at the largest pharmacy in the United States. Summer internships and year‑round internships are available. Internship programs include health‑related internships for pharmacy, healthcare operations, dietetics and nutrition, nursing, optometry, and nursing students, as well as corporate internships for students interested in the areas of administration, analytics, marketing, finance, information technology, and law.

DirecTV Internships offer college students an opportunity to earn money for college and gain valuable work experience at a Fortune 500 company. Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply. Internships are held every summer for 12 weeks. These paid internships pair students with experienced professionals and also provides opportunities for networking and career exploring. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

They must also have at least one term of school remaining after the internship program ends.

BET Networks Internships provides paid internships for both undergraduate and graduate college students at five different BETN locations. They are open to both undergraduate and graduate students interested in working in the media industry.
