The Y in Central Maryland is seeking an Enrichment Specialist to lead children and teens in positive, engaging activities that support healthy youth development, including lesson planning to meet individual needs in K-12 programs in local schools.
You will contribute to the Y's mission by supporting youth affected by the achievement gap, working across multiple locations, and collaborating with parents, school staff, and fellow Y associates to create a safe, inclusive environment.
