Burnt Mills Elementary School in Silver Spring, part of Montgomery County Public Schools, is seeking a para educator (School Instructional Support) at grade 13–14. The position is part-time (.875 FTE, about 70 hours bi-weekly) with a six-month probation and potential promotion after training hours.
Under the direction of the principal, the para educator supports student learning, assists with instructional activities, classroom management, and related clerical tasks.
