Para educator Level I, Special Education
The Special Education Para educator supports students with disabilities in a Title I elementary school by assisting with instruction, classroom routines, behavior support, and student needs as directed by the special education teacher and school team. This school is a Title I school. To be eligible for this para educator position, the candidate must already have uploaded to their profile:
1. unofficial university transcript with 48+ credits OR 2. If your degree or credits were attained from outside the United States, provide us with an official transcript that has been evaluated through an agency approved by the Maryland State Department of Education OR 3. unofficial Para Pro Assessment result with a passing score The wage range for this position is between $24.38 and $36.67 per hour, based on years of service.
