The RoleWe are looking for a warm, dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to lead our 3–5 year old classroom. You will create a joyful, engaging learning environment grounded in our Creative Curriculum approach, build meaningful partnerships with families, and collaborate with a close-knit team that genuinely loves what they do.
What You'll Do- Lead a preschool classroom, creating engaging learning experiences for children ages 3–5
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to each child's needs
- Build strong relationships with families and communicate daily about their child's progress
- Collaborate with our experienced team in a supportive, family-like atmosphere
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 90 clock hours of approved early childhood coursework (or equivalent alternatives)
- 3 years of experience working with preschoolers in a licensed childcare center or approved setting
- 9 clock hours of approved training in communicating with staff, parents, and the public
- 3 clock hours in ADA Compliance training
- Passion for early childhood development and family-centered care
- Competitive pay: $20–$28/hour based on experience

7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (shift-based)
