Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training
- licensure and certification requirements
- office location and other geographic considerations
- other business and organizational needs
As required by local law, Vaco/Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or participation in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's retirement plan (or similar retirement benefits).
DesiredSkills and Experience
- Direct partnership with the C-suite leadership on financial strategy and operational decision-making
- Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, board reporting, audit coordination, and financial oversight across multiple entities
- Oversight of Medicaid, grant, and contract-funded revenue streams
- Opportunity to improve processes, strengthen controls, and drive financial transparency
- High-impact leadership role within a growing healthcare/human services organization
- 5-8+ years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience
- Nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services industry experience
- Strong FP&A, reporting, audit, and compliance expertise
- Experience with multi-entity structures and regulated funding environments preferred
- CPA is a plus
